Cody had the honor of participating in the juried exhibition’s inaugural show, which called for screen printed posters that celebrate art, beer and the city itself.

His submission pokes fun at the recent influx of cheap “luxury” condos, while encouraging the preservation of the 150+ year old neighborhood known for its mills along the Mississippi.

Typography and color inspiration were pulled from the General Mills Purity Oats Grain Elevator, a century-old landmark still in operation today.
